Think only 5% will sign up - LOOK AT HAWAII, DUDE - when public insurance was offered for kids, tons of families dropped their coverage to get the cheaper state insurance -

I just don’t see this speech surviving the light of day - it’ll sound all goodie now, but it’s going to stink really bad tomorrow
