Arrived in DC this afternoon safe and sound. I will be posting pics at link over the next few days. If technically able, also links to YouTube vids of the Tea Party March itself.
Staying at the FR Hotel, but I haven't met up with any FReepers yet.
From my hotel window, I have a view of the Washington Monument and this other monument that I don't recall...
I also saw Marine 1 flying in this afternoon as Obozo returned from some sort of memorial for Walter Crankheit...
More pics to come.

Thanks for the flix, GRRRRR... Didn’t even have to look at your page to recognize the Chicago in your accent (my hometown)... Especially enjoyed your exiting off the subway... Your narrative showed how positively stunned you were at that point at the proportions of the gathering. Absolutely excellent! much better than the pics for getting a feel for it all.
Good deal, I guess they decided to stay under their rocks - the tide is turning in out direction {I hope}
God bless ALL who went out yesterday and made it known to the big 0 that we will not put up with his cr@p. We’re not being led down the road to socialism and worse willingly!!
Now, it’s time to elect the right people in 2010 and throw the bums outta Congress that are living in the land of bozo.
Thank you for sharing your pics.
I love the pic of the two guys sign: “Jews from former USSR - say no to socialism” in front of the Fox News truck. Says a lot!
Federal Office Building #2 sits on land leased from Arlington Cemetary, on a hill overlooking the Pentagon. It is USMC HQ. Wing 8 of FOB2 was removed, to make room for the AF memorial, aka the spikes in your pics. The AF memorial extends into the flight path of the aircraft used to attach the pentagon on 9-11.
Great pics!
