But the Obama administration has decided that this "violation" is so dreadful that we won't even recognize future free elections in Honduras.

I'm sure the Honduras government people stay up nights worrying what a Chavez sycophant thinks.

George Bush wasnt a great President, but he was a proponent of Democracy, while Obama is a Communist.

Obama and friends. Communists. The Communists infesting the country are coming out of the woodwork and in to the light. You might be surprised to find out how many of your friends are sypathetic to their ideas. The Health care scam is helping to expose them.

Have we abandoned democracy entirely? In favor of backing anti-American dictators?...This is beyond madness.

Peters is absolutely right on this. He defends Bush for his actions in supporting democracy and wonders what has happened to the US, but I think we're overlooking the fact that the anti-democracy leftists were solidly embedded in the State Dept. and other governmental offices or agencies even at the time that Bush was president. Bush attempted to replace some of them in the Latin America division, at least, and was able to bring about some changes, but he was never able to effect a complete transformation of State.

In fact, I think that one of the reasons he was under assault and completely undermined by his own departments and agencies was his support for democracy against the leftwing dictators so adored (albeit secretly) by the Marxists in the State Dept.

The press turned on Bush and made everything he did look ridiculous; but I think the attack of the Marxists from within came first, and with a few judicious "leaks" (of material that was not at all sensational, but which they twisted to look so), they threw chum in the water for the press and the feeding frenzy began.

Another thing that is very similar is that the left loves show trials, and it is virtually a classic technique for a left wing dictator to accuse a former non-leftist government of all sorts of "crimes against humanity" and stage a circus in which they are tried for these imaginary things and usually sentenced to death. Evo Morales is currently conducting a show trial of the former legally-elected president of Bolivia, who had to flee under the attack staged by the Marxist unions and "indigenist" groups, including one led by Evo Morales.

Holder is clearly planning on doing the same thing in the case of the Bush government. Obama is a Marxist, like everyone around him, and he will follow the Marxist dictator pattern.
