The White House shouldn't expect the furor over Special Advisor for Green Jobs, Enterprise and Innovation at the White House Council on Environmental Quality Van Jones to go away just because he's resigned, says a former Obama Administration transition team member, because "the same problems that they created with Jones's hiring are there for others and they don't seem to care about the political damage these people may inflict."
According to several White House sources, Jones was hired for his "green jobs czar" positions over concerns raised by the White House Counsel's Office, after Jones's background materials came back with several of what were termed "inconsistencies" in the Standard Form 86 Questionnaire for National Security Positions.

My normally tv news free wife for some reason clicked on Fox News and someone was complaining about the lack of vetting of all the Czars.
She laughed and asked if I wrote the script for the gentleman re the lack of vetting Van Jones and the other Czars.
A country that is concerned about its survival doesn’t place people in power positions or any position where they could hurt this country without proper vetting.
I doubt if any so called Czar and members of 0b0z0’s kitchen cabinet have been vetted properly.

Imho, Sunstein is one of the more dangerous czar’s in this administration. He thinks FDR didn’t go “far enough” with the New Deal and thinks that it’s time for the second part of the New Deal. Sunstein also thinks the US Constitution is open to vast interpretation and doesn’t mean today what it meant when it was crafted by our forefathers. Dangerous guy.
Oh, and did I mention his wife, Samantha Power, was appointed by Obama to the National Security Council - this was after Power was fired from the Obama campaign for calling Hillary Clinton “a monster” in a foreign press interview. This gal thinks our military should get involved in global “moral causes”.
Though others must go, Jarrett’s absense will do the
most psychological damage to Obama. She is a “familial”
cheer leader. Losing her would be like losing his
“Mommy” AND her significant mob connections.

She should resign but she won’t. I understand she’s the one who set up the meeting with Ayers and Obama when he was running for the Senate or maybe the Illinois Senate.

QUESTION Does Glenn know if Jarrett paid all her Chicago property and income taxes...and her federal taxes (/snic)?
Liz IIRC the property tax in Chicago is controlled by another crook, who’s wife is a judge. (he takes a commission from each case he handles. I’ll go to the Chicago Crime thread and get you the information if you want the details.
I’d say if she’d in any legal problem it’s because she took HUD money and didn’t use it to improve the property she used to obtain the money....Technique that was perfected by the Landreau’s of LA....(Pappa Landreau was head of HUD during the Carter administration)
Some FReeper mentioned that she is a slumlord. I would love to view her properties.
