Certain areas might exhibit hydrologic sorting, BUT NOT THE WHOLE PLANET. You must account for the PREPONDERENCE of evidence with a mechanism that is ACTIVE IN ALL PLACES since the creation of the Earth. Additionally, Hydrologic sorting would treat bones and fossils of EQUAL DENSITY the same, thereby SORTING BY DENSITY, NOT SPECIES. Nope, Hydrologic sorting won't cut it.

The best analog would be to check out the ocean floor. It's built in LAYERS for the most part. Again, you have to account for the PREPONDERENCE of evidence, not cite something that can account for EXCEPTIONS, and expect that to be in force EVERYWHERE.
