You know, the “Duke of Dewars” doesn’t sound like a bad gig. Now that His Fatness has gone over the great divide, I wonder where one could submit an application for such a position.

Not necessarily. I support the goal of a united Irish Republic, but oppose the socialist IRA and their use of terrorist tactics to achieve that goal. I don’t think I’d have any political party to support if I lived in Ireland. All the conservative parties are very pro-monarchy and anti-Catholic.
