Although Glenn Beck's hit Fox News show doesn't even air during prime time, he is generating huge prime-time-like numbers at 5 p.m.
TVbytheNumbers.com reports that, despite a liberal group's "boycott" of "The Glenn Beck Program," Beck is striking "pure ratings gold."

Williams, Couric and Gibson must be crying in their BORSCHT over this bit of news....LMAO!!
hi dawn! I, too, discovered Glenn when he was on WFLA and when he hosted the Friday evening ‘support the constitution’ rallies in 2000. hubby and I travelled to West Va when Glenn held the rally to support our troops.
What I love best is that Glenn is using FACTS to uncover what’s going on in our govt. I had not heard about Van Jones or Jeff Jones until Glenn’s report.
On Monday, i’m calling Bill Nelson’s office to ask why we need him if the ‘Czars’ are actually the ones with the power and they don’t have to report to Congress. If I was a Congressman or Senator, I would not be happy about the number of Czars appointed by Mr Obama. Will also ask if Mr. Nelson knows who wrote the Stimulus bill...
You know that the elitist journalists must be steaming mad right now. Here’s a guy who’s a college dropout, former alcoholic, with no formal journalism training - summarily kicking all their behinds in the ratings. Go Glenn, you are a modern day hero!
Listening to the second running of one his shows right now. The thought crossed my mind more than a few times that Glenn could be one of the witnesses of Revelation. It indicates that the people will hate their prophesy. Whether he is the Biblical witness or not, he certainly is a prophet. Nobody likes to hear a prophet because a prophet tells them what is in store for them if they don’t turn back to God.
Sorry, Beck must have been targeting an audience smarter than you are.
He clearly asked everyone to be in DC on the 12th.
How on earth could have you missed that?
LOL! Is that you Humblegunner?
‘...the man does a great job uncovering little known facts and tying them together in a logical manner. There is no one who comes close to what he does on TV or radio. He is uncovering the unseen forces (at least the mortal forces) who are shaping our world, and who run under the radar of most unsuspecting people. He also has the ability to explain complex political entanglements clearly, in a way most people can understand.I say he is brave because he is exposing some powerful and evil people, who would like him silenced....’
very well said! God bless Glenn Beck for his courage. He has brought to light some very alarming facts.
I agree, and please everybody, join with me in prayers for his safety....it wouldn't surprise me at all if he is wearing a bullet-proof vest.
‘...a guy whos a college dropout, former alcoholic, with no formal journalism training ....’
but, what he does have is a true love for America. He is a patriot.......and, a man of courage.
Thanks for the links!
I want to see ALL conservative radio/TV hosts come together. Enough of the ‘pi$$ing contest’. Are you listening, Levin? Mark....I LOVE ya’, man, and listen to you EVERY DAY....but everyone needs to unite, here, FOR THE PEOPLE.
IIRC, Glenn talked about it being a start and that he would have more in the coming days. On that same show he had questions for census takers as well. I just rewatched the repeat of the show with Rush and he had a slew of questions to ask, but it does make it hard when the only people really to ask are our elected officials and most of them are either in on it or clueless. *sigh*
But he sure has proved the liberal media and sheeple wrong...along with the cowardly sponsors. Whoever continues as his sponsors stands to gain a lot of business.
I think there were five letters. Several Freepers--and me--sent these to newspapers in Tennessee and ended up have them published in Memphis, Nashville, Knoxville, Bristol, and Johnson City.
Al Goreghoul couldn't even carry Tennessee in 2000! His flip flop on life issues tainted him with conservative Tennesseeans who might not have voted except to prevent him from becoming the President.
Letters work. Letters to newspapers work beacuse it is the readership who buy the papers so the papers have an incentive to publish readership opinions.
No cable and I’m not going to pay for it for only ONE show no matter how great the show may be.
Not only that—I’ve no money to go out and buy equipment. The internet works just fine if I can get shows after the time they are on.
Agreed. I have been praying for Glenn--daily, also for Rush and Sarah. Thrown in pastors more often lately, too.
Ah, but Hillary is waiting in the middle with a big, understanding, sadly disappointed, chin up, net.
This is good news in more than one way.
Beck pulled more viewers in the key demo group that advertisers love: 25- to 54-year-olds. Beck’s draw of 888,000 of these viewers was more than any other show in “the cable news world for the night.”
This is amazing, When is Fox News going to put him in Prime Time?
