When he left office, W said he and Laura were going back to Texas to live near Poppy and Bar to look out for them. Not physically perhaps, but to “be there” when needed. W even mentioned something about mowing their lawn.
There’s always one son who is faithful enough to take on these filial duty. W’s parents are lucky to have him.
It’s still going on. They’re going to drag the meatwagon up to Capitol Hill for one last visit, then over to Arlington.
Meanwhile, the weather in DC has turned foul...how fitting!

Terry Schiavo’s dad has died. Just announced on FOX. Robert Schindler fought long and hard to keep his daughetr alive. He was a great prolife hero.
well, don’t turn your tv on yet....they are breathlessly waiting him to land at Andrews Air Force Base now.......then a final stop at the Capital......and finally the dirt nap for eternity.
They wanted that church as it is a church of healing miracles and it’s where Ted and his daughter (Kara?) went to pray when she was being treated for lung cancer.
It has receptacles like big umbrella stands that are full of canes which people have left behind. It’s legit.
May also have been an early Kennedy family church way back when.
Didn't see GWB arrive but when the camera panned there they were sitting by themselves in the pew while the clique of dems seemed engrossed in themselves. Frankly it tugged at my heart but probably didn't phase him in the least -- particularly when Pelosi kissed him, so says my hubby. I hear his Dad isn't doing very well (shocked) and couldn't make the trip so perhaps that might explain how uncomfortable he seemed.
Is Kennedys wife the person Ted wanted the law changed for so she could take his seat in the senate?
Unforunately my husband said he saw Pelosi kissed him.
BTW, did you notice when Joan first arrived with Patrick? Wonder what her ailment is as she kept licking her lips uncontrollably as she greeted the guests. It was reported she has mental issues as well as her addiction which led her children to sue her to gain control over her assets and medical treatment. Just to look at her face tell us she's had a rough life.
I heard it reported that GWHB is not well enough to travel. So sad and shocking.

Don't recall which program said he was at a nude beach in Vegas during his weeklong birthday bash so I suppose he ain't as sick as appears. Although the tremor was very pronounced.
