Your pics are great with whatever camera you were using!

All is well Conor....been hot as all get out but that’s the norm.
It was a busy week so I’m looking forward to a couple of days away from the office ya know?!:)

Is it still giving you much grief?
What does the doctor say?
Tell me your NOT overdoing it.....
Oh Yes.Its still quite bothersome. The problem is that the knee gets unstable and you can start walking fine and pain free but if there is an uneven sidewalk or you pivot to quickly the knee gets unbalanced and it hurts to No End.
Doc told me its going to hurt for about a year and then it should mellow out.But he also told me that I have a high Probability of needing an artificial knee replacement within the next 10 Years.
As far as overdoing it.I try not too but just walking or standing up from a sitting position can get to be a chore.

Depends on his deprivation....the cheapest and most filling would be L&L or Leung's Chinese restaurants. A plate lunch of noodles and three choices for under $6.
That's a couple bucks cheaper than Mac Donalds and they offer more vegatable dishes and stuff like roast pork and duck.
We can pack it off to the park pavillion for an outdoor picnic and the kids can watch the ducks swim in Waialoa pond.
(Let's keep the roast duck part on the QT, OK?)

Warning: Some Salsa, or a lot of Salsa and others of the general genre contain/s sensual themes, lyrics, references, innuendo and double-entendres. If all of that doesn't scare you off and if you speak Spanish then click. Otherwise, make your own choice. The rest of you can't understand what is being sung anyway so that it doesn't matter if you click or not. |

A VERY productive day...the best “catch-up” Friday in forever! Absolutely NO WORK TO TAKE HOME!!!
But, someone I needed to talk to came at 2 minutes to 5p...LOL! So I was late.
Did you end the week on the plus side? Safe commute home? Rain? We’ve had several hours of off and on today.

There's been a big change in the last few weeks - most of the KIA's now coming from Afghanistan rather than Iraq. War gives us a hard lesson, but one that must be learned, IMO.
