My family got our 27? page census form. Many intrusive Q's like how many bathrooms in our house and what time to we go to work. In my continuing campain to be prisoner #1 in the gulag, I ripped off the front page and wrote the number of people living at my address and that we were all US citizens, even though they never asked in the entire booklet our citizenship. I also told them that that's all the info that Rahm and Acorn needed to know. Here's where it gets interesting. Since sending the form in, ACORN has been calling my wife's cell phone (we don't have a land line)number relentlesly, every day of the week. They always call from different area codes and leave a msg about a case number. Wow. I'm on my way.

Yes. Respondents are required to answer all questions on the American Community Survey......... yada yada”

These were the laws before the census was hijacked and put under control of the chicago thugs in the white house. .. Is there any possibility that action could nullify that law?
One small point.
Although I have been retired for 7 years, I was an LEO for 30 years. I can tell you with absolute certainty...... anyone who tells a stranger when their home will be unoccupied is a complete idiot. Personal information is just that, personal.
I have the right to be left alone and secure in my person, property and things. I will tell the government only those things that the Constitution requires and NOTHING more.
Let’s face it, in todays world, the government can find out just about anything about any of us, without ever leaving the comfort of their office. They don’t need me to help them, and I refuse to do so.
Should they show up at my house, I will hand them a business card for my lawyer, ask them to leave and close the door.
OR, I guess I could have my wife fashion a KKK costume to wear when I answer the door... okay, I probably won’t do that, but if they push it..... they won’t like meeting me.

Better talk to your neighbors before the Census goons show up!
If you tell the Census taker only how many citizens live at your address — and you’re the only one on your street doing so — it might attract unwanted attention. Make sure your neighbors (and preferably your entire town) answer the same way. There is safety in numbers.
One disobedient citizen is an aberration who might disappear or end up in a re-education camp. Five thousand disobedient citizens is an army.

I have always operated under the rule that I never do a gov't officals job for them.
Recently a man hunt was going on around our property and as my barn is a good place to hide, I walked out and gave them permission to search the property, this one time but not the house. I also told them if they wanted to speak to me further to knock on the front door, under the light, otherwise any other door would be met with a shot gun.
They laughed and thanked me, god love south eastern NewMexico.

Look and see if it is the American Community Surey.
We got one and I did some research. The general consensus is that they will be after you for exactly 3 months and then they will drop you. We decided to test this and voila...we held out for 3 months WITHOUT responding and they disappeared and have not returned.
During the 3 month time period they left messages in our mailbox threatening a fine, they called, they visited.
They called our cell phone too. Just tell them not to call the cell as they're using up your minutes and they likely will not call again, as happened with us.
In my fairly vast research I discovered that no one has ever been fined for not filling this thing out, despite their threats. The 2010 census is the real one, not this junk.
Make sure what you've got is the American Community Survey though. If it is don't get in fights...just always act in a rush and tell them you're busy (unless you want to fill it out to get rid of them immediately). In 3 months they'll go away.
They risk too much publicity if this happens and their funding for the whole thing could be revoked.

Just tell them you mailed it. The post office must have lost it. Happens all the time.
Strange that you got a census form before the census is due to be performed. That would be next year. So, if you got a form it isn’t legal form or it is a census from someone other than the government. Just toss the damn thing.
Are you sure they are who they say they are? In any case it is very aggravating that they acquired your cell number and are now abusing it.
