"I haven't heard about those guys," Ermey told Military.com during an Aug. 21 interview. "If I do run across them though, trust me, I'll square them away."

It is now, but was not at the time of his birth. The requirement, iirc, was that she be resident at least four years after reaching the age of majority. She was not old enough to have done so.
Do we have his transcript? Newspaper accounts? Or even a copy, independently supplies, of the program from the graduation?
IIRC he had the magna cum laude thing on his University of Chicago webpage. Also it was in the news a lot. I don't think he could just put such a fact "out there" if it was not true and not have either Harvard or one of his many classmates shoot it down.

That's actually not true. It's just that a lot of people can't stand to hear him talk for more than 3 words before they flip the channel. I watched two of his town halls and he did speak extemporaneously on a number of very complex topics during the question period. IMHO it did not appear that all the questioners were plants. There were very few pauses and he managed the time well. Of course he had planned the overall message he wanted to put across.
He gave a speech at the beginning where he may have been using a teleprompter. As I was mainly just listening I did not notice.
He was also able to appear to think on his feet during the debates, although again that could have been helped by good preparation.
The person I have known in my life who paused the most in his speech was also one of the most extremely intelligent people I have ever met. Some people pause in their speech when they are thinking. Obama may be a socialist but he is not stupid.

The idea that she is his step-grandmother was raised to prove that she was saying she was there when his father was born not when BHO was born, after I pointed out that no woman has to say she was there when her son was born. Someone said that she said was there when Obama’s old man was born because her step-son not her real son. But that only works if she thinks the old man is president and her grandson.
She and the interviewer were talking about her being proud that her grandson was president when she said she was there when he was born. So even if one believes the story that she is his step-grandmother, it doesn’t explain away her statement that he was born in Rwanda and she was there.

Both are fake. BTW, there’s a McCain birth announcement in the “Society Notes” section of the Canal Zone newspaper in 1936 which states he was born at the base hospital at Coco Solo. Library of Congress copy:

So if, as some birthers allege, there was no base hospital at Coco Solo in 1936, then McCain’s mom is lying, and either the Library of Congress copy is a fake, or nobody in 1936 said, “Hey, there’s no hospital at Coco Solo! Obviously, there’s a Vast Conspiracy at work to elect the infant McCain as POTUS decades from now!”
