An open letter to Barack Obama
WND ^ | August 22, 2009 | Joseph Farah

Posted on 08/23/2009 12:42:10 AM PDT by Vincent Jappi

Dear Mr. 'President':

...Simply instruct your staff to order the release of the following:

* The original, long-form birth certificate, not the short-form certification of live birth, which is obviously subject to claims of fraud;
* All your school records dating back to kindergarten;
* Your Occidental College records and transcripts;
* Your Columbia University records and transcripts including your thesis papers;
* Your Harvard Law School records;
* Your Harvard Law Review writings;
* Your scholarly records from the University of Chicago;
* Your passport history;
* Your medical records;
* The files from your years as an Illinois state legislator;
* Your Illinois State Bar records;
* Your baptism records, if available;
* Your adoption records.

Mr. President, we all know the truth is going to come out eventually. It's always only a matter of time.

I'd like to see those documents too. Obama should have made them public during the campaign.

But it's hard to take Farah seriously: "Simply instruct your staff to order the release of the following ..."

Obviously, release of all these documents wouldn't stop gossip, and obviously, Obama's not simply going to provide Farah with ammunition.

If somebody gets elected by being a mystery man, he's not going to give that up because some Internet guy tells him to.

From Barry:

1. I’m not spending a cent defending these lawsuits you idiots, I’m spending funds donated by liberals and socialists dedicated to seeing me stay in power.

2. I won.

3. Shut up.

Sincerely,
Barry Hussein Obama

Actually, regarding Number 1 above, the statement is only correct for the time before January 20, 2008. Since then YOU have been defending Barry in these lawsuits, since the Dept of Justice is doing the defending with YOUR tax dollars.

I’m sure you feel better now.

And don't forget – if these questions are still being asked in 2012, it will make your re-election bid that much more difficult.

Which is why uhbama would 'feel comfortable' being a one-term president. Wouldn't want to dig up any prosecutable evidence now, would he?

“I suspect that Obamas’ mother never filed for a Hawaiian birth certificate. Two competing newspaper announcements appeared in 1961 mentioning two hospitals (Kapiolani and Queens’). Under Hawaiian state law, it may have been possible for Obama to file for a birth certificate based on choosing one (Kapiolani) of the newspaper announcements as the only reference.”

******************

Get your facts straight before you post. The newspaper announcements are not vanity announcements but listings from the Hawaii Health Dept. Meaning, they are based on documentation with the department. The listings don’t mention hospitals for any of the many persons listed.

Good luck with that.

Yet a top Hawaiian official says a BC is on file, she has seen it and that the record states that BHO was born in Hawaii.

And there is no credible evidence that he was born anywhere but Hawaii.

And Obama’s moral compass is definitely an arrow pointing forever left.

“And...An honest, straightforward, and upright person would say that spending 1.4 million and fighting this to the Supreme Court is just plain NUTS!”

*********************

The only legal filings for Obama in the birther lawsuits have been legal boiler-plate, the kind of stuff you have written by junior associates to give them practice. If Obama spent $1.4 mil on that, he’s the softest touch on the face of the earth. Have you considered the possibility it’s for other expenses?

I have yet to see any source for the various money figures (usually 1 to $1.5 million) touted as legal expenses to Obama.

It looks like the 1.4 million dollar figure is made up out of thin air.

The Dept of Justice defends sitting Presidents against lawsuits at taxpayer expense.

Campaign funds were used to defend Obama during the campaign.

Someone needs to show me where Obama has spent any of his own money defending against these lawsuits.

Good luck with that.

It's a dirty, rotten job...but somebody's got to do it.

You are correct about there being no identifiable Hawaiian Newspaper birth announcement actually naming the hospital where he was born, as I have just done a search. Your criticism is accepted. Such a recall came in error relating from past searches regarding the many posted references in various articles to Obama having been born at Queens or Kapiolani hospital. Obama himself, in a campaign speech, referred to his birth at Queens: (http://www.tulsaworld.com/opinion/article.aspx?subjectid=62&articleid=20090815_7_A16_spanc54834), which was picked up as the site of birth by many and transferred into many web articles. A search using “Obama Queens’ Medical Center birth” will provide lots of references to the Queens’ Medical Center issue. After Obama sent his letter to Kapiolani, SNOPES.com changed its facts to remove Queens’ as the place of birth and replace it with Kapiolani...http://www.wnd.com/index.php?fa=PAGE.view&pageId=10330

The Rainbow Edition News Letter in Hawaii 2004: http://usjf.net/archives/1270/comment-page-1 also referred to Queens’ as the birthplace.

Thanks for the correction about the newspaper announcements.

That's why it's an open letter :-) : it is not really intended to convince him, but to show the skeptics how odd his behavior is --or rather would be if he didn't have something to hide.

A question does remain, is that (meaning the BC thing) all that this lawyer has done for BHO?

Or does the 1.4 million cover a wide variety of legal services, fees, graft or other shenanigans, only a fraction of them being BC related?
