Former Secretary of State Rebecca Vigil-Giron, Democratic Party consultant Armando Gutierrez and lobbyists Elizabeth and Joseph Carl Kupfer were indicted Wednesday on 50 counts each of conspiracy, fraud, embezzlement, money laundering over $100,000 and other charges for alleged acts occurring from 2004 through 2006.... The charges relate to the offices use of federal election monies under the Help America Vote Act.

Actually the North Koreans are here and Richardson met with an envoy of the Dali Lama immediately after meeting with the NK. Perhaps he was seeking absolution.

Wasn’t federal prosecutor David Iglesis from New Mexico? And fired for not doing enough to stop the voter corruption?
