BOISE, Idaho — The mother of an 8-year-old boy found dead in an Idaho canal and her live-in boyfriend have been indicted by an Ada County grand jury on first-degree murder charges.
Thirty-year-old Melissa Jenkins and her boyfriend, 36-year-old Daniel Ehrlick Jr., were arrested Tuesday in connection with the death of Jenkins' son, Robert Manwill.

Soon as they found Robert's body in the canal where his body could not have gotten if he fell in by his house I knew someone would be arrested. I figured it would be just the mother's boyfriend.
Guess I was wrong. Arrested the child abusing mother too.

Why kill the little boy? Because he takes the mother's time and attention away from the boyfriend. And because it costs money to feed and care for a child, which could be better used on drugs.

A woman has the right to control her own body, yet the state is stepping in here and IMPOSING its own religiously-based moral viewpoint on this woman, infringing on her right to choose her own lifestyle and lifepath.

Just talked to my dad (lives in Canyon County) tonight. Said they'd arrested the mother and boyfriend.
He said he saw the mother about a month ago, or so, at Meridian Speedway thanking the drivers for their support. He said that he knew then that she, and/or the boyfriend, was in on it.
