Are they sure that the vandals weren't just getting excited by the 2012 Olympics?
It wouldn't be the first time it was mistaken for a swastika especially when done in spray paint.

Hmmm. Somebody didn’t take a lot of pride in their tagging. That’s a pretty sorry excuse for a swastika. I vote it’s a set up. And the tagger is probably left handed.

In any case, it was likely done by some left-wing activist trying to make it 'appear' as if every day Americans like the town hall protesters are nazis as Comrade Pelosi charged.
