It’s looking more and more like the forged “Kenyan birth certificate” released by Orly Taitz on Sunday was a prank by a supporter of President Obama. Politijab points to an anonymous blogger at FearlessBlogging, who has uploaded four photos of the original forgery and a mocking declaration:

Fine cotton business paper: $11

Inkjet printer: $35

1940 Royal Model KMM manual typewriter: $10

2 Shilling coin: $1

Pilot Varsity fountain pen: $3

They're shooting themselves in the foot. Even if Queen Kaleleonalani came back and presented the world with Hussein's long form bc, no one would believe it wasn't a fake.

They'd just throw that back onto the "crazy birthers" again. "See, you have that precious long-form BC that you've been screaming about, and now you're calling THAT a fake!! The GOP is full of tinfoil-hat conspiracy nuts! You people are bats**t insane!" (That last one seems to be the DUmmies' favorite insult.)

On another note, I have to say that I don't have a lot of confidence in Orly's professionalism or level of savvy. I hope that she can get to the bottom of this, but I'm not holding my breath.

I'm still not sure that that's true with a photo, but even assuming it is, there are a lot of "ifs" in that statement.

Actually IF the forger provided the document to Orly and [IF he] made a representation that it was authentic and [IF he] knew that Orly was going to submit that document to the court and [IF he knew that she was] to incur expenses related to authenticating it, THEN the forger would clearly be liable for treble damages for fraud and possibly be guilty of criminal fraud.

Orly's overseas trip was scheduled at least a few weeks ago before she filed this document. She did not fly all the way to England to authenticate it. She had a layover there on the way to Israel, before going on to Moldava.

The one I sent you is the original that Orly submitted to the Federal court in the Central District of California. I obtained it from the court document system at www.pacer.gov

All of the discussion regarding the E and the K and the 6 was either the forger playing with us or jpg artifacts.

Because I have been a skeptic about all of this, I think it best if others see this for themselves instead of someone just saying it. If the stamp in the original one was made with a coin that the person in this blog claims to use, it should close the book on this one.

I’m fairly certain that it is rust from a cheap staple or paper clip, and that the punk version doesn’t come close to matching the right shade of rust to match it.

Also on the original picture I saw what appears to be fraying of the paper on the creases of the folds as would be found on a document that is forty five years old.

over a period of time not only does paper age yellow as we see but the paper will tend to de-laminate where it has been bent or folded. Most papers are made from bleached wood pulp (fibers) pressed into sheets and will over time separate at those points where it is stressed such as a fold.

Anyone that believes that this forgery is the same as what we were first shown has been punked, it is nothing but a not so cleaver attempt to fool the public.

Thanks!... your successful attempt to fool a lawyer into questioning the authenticity of your forgery has elevated this issue to new levels, and has educated so many more Americans concerning the still unanswered question of Obama’s birth. On top of that, you have illustrated just how easy it is to fake a legal document such as this, considering that your forgery beats Obama’s online COLB forgery ALL TO HELL.

You should have added a comment about what fun this whole affair has been for the Freepers in general. I for one had a great time reading and posting to the various threads. It's fun watching the FR Investigative Engine get revved up and really cranking. The fact of the matter is that it is something awesome to behold (just ask Dan Rather). Anybody here that feels their motivation has been injured by this affair is free to leave. Not me. On to the next battle.
