No fat, no calories, no sugar, no...nuttin’!
Just artificial flavors and carbonated water, I guess.

Finally! It’s been cloudy all day, but it just now started raining. Sounds like a fairly gentle rain, which is very unusual for this time of year.

No nuttin’, huh....interesting. I’m not much for Coke, but I might have to try this just because.

No, not until some time in September.

Actually, it’s the heat that fuels the Monsoon. Superheated air rises rapidly into the upper atmosphere then cools to the point where it can’t hold the water vapor. This builds huge thunderheads that eventually let loose with hig winds and heavy rains.

Ah, yes, there’s the thunder. It sounds like it’s over on the backside of the mountains, but it’ll be here soon enough.

Guess I need to shut down for the night.

See you tomrrow, Kath!

Dr. Pepper. NOT diet, lol.

I prefer water or beer but do like a Dr. Pepper now and again ;) Or maybe a coffee, or iced coffee or an iced tea (no sugar).

Just give me some chocolate and I’m happy.

These days I’m into corn-syrup avoidance, but as a Dallas boy I grew up a major Dr. Pepper fan, pedaling into every 7-11 for another bottle from the big red ice-filled coolers.

Later on, I would power my entire undergraduate career with Winston cigarettes and Coca-Cola in glass bottles, dropping off each empty and buying another at each machine as I walked from building to building on campus.

My first mentor, an EE professor (Hi Charles!) said:
“If Coke machines were flowers, you would be the pollinating bee.”
