HONOLULU -- State officials again are confirming that President Barack Obama was born in Hawaii.
Health Director Dr. Chiyome Fukino said Monday she has seen the original birth records that verify Obama was born in Hawaii, and is a "natural-born American citizen."
Fukino made the announcement in hopes of ending any lingering rumors about Obama's citizenship. She issued a similar press release Oct. 31.

He certainly isnt hiding his birth certificate just to anger people who wish to see it.
The only to people who claim to have actually sen the document are the Governor of hawaii and th keepr of their records and both have just admitted to seeing it, Neither makes a statement as to it’s contents.
Also IMo (which doesnt mean much) He DOESNT have a right to hide his certificate. It is , or should be , a part of his records to prove he is eligible for the Presidency. The American people of which I am one, have a right to see that proof.

Per Article 2, Section 1 of the U.S. Constitution, one must be a natural born American citizen to serve as President. Barack Obama is NOT eligible for the Presidency because he is not a natural born citizen. The law that applied during the time of Obama’s birth (in effect from December 24, 1952 to November 13, 1986) stated- “If only one parent was a U.S. citizen at the time of your birth, that parent must have resided in the United States for at least ten years, at least five of which had to be after the age of 16.” Obama’s father was a Kenyan citizen (a British Colony) and his mother just 18 at Obama’s birth...” (thus, she would have had to have been 21 in order for Obama to be eligible). John A. Bingham, primary framer, 14th Amendment, states- “Every human being born within the jurisdiction of the United States of parents not owing allegiance to any foreign sovereignty is, in the language of your Constitution itself, a natural born citizen.” Obama himself has stated that he is the son of a Kenyan- Kenya being a foreign sovereignty. Thus, Obama is not a natural born citizen even if he were actually born in Hawaii.
If his father was Kenyan Obama is not qualified to be Potus.
Obama’s father married a lot of women. Must have been a hobby.

THEY FALSIFIED THE APPLICATION TO GET MARRIED (if they even really did get married) BECAUSE SR WAS ALREADY LEGALLY MARRIED. This offense was punishable by jail time and Sr was subject to being kicked out of the US.
Someone please in the media start recognizing that fact. Lou Dobbs pay attention.

I see it like this: He has the media, everyone on the left and everyone in the middle on his side on this issue.
One of the best tools when dealing with a adversary is to ruin there credibility.... make the other side look bad. His staunchest enemies are people on the far right. He needs to make them look bad. Right now, the media is painting all birthers as loony conspiratists. This is a good thing for him.
If he shows his birth certificate to you, (rightfully, he doesn't have to) then its over. So for now, I think he knows that he is eligible, so he keeps the story going.
Face it, he has the resources if he wanted to fake it.
Its just like law..... he doesn't have to prove his innocence. You have to prove his guilt.

Both parents must be U. S. citizens for the child to be a natural born citizen, so that statute does not apply.
He is not a NBC because his father was not a U. S. citizen. Obama might or might not be a U. S. citizen, but that is irrelevant to the issue of whether he is a natural born citizen of the U. S.
I will have to check on those requirements...interesting. I think Barak looks quite a lot like the known communist Frank Marshall Davis who was in Hawaii at least 10 years before Baraak was born.

When things get murky politically, I always try to find the simplest explanation for what is happening.
Ok, so now we have Health Director Fukino stating he has seen the birth certificate. Well that’s cool. So why doesn’t The Messiah just produce it and all this speculation goes away? Oh, and notice Fukino is not even mentioning, let alone defending, the trash documents Onada has so far produced to prove his place of birth.
In the absense of any other info, I think Fukino is lying right along with the man who took an oath to uphold the Consitution of the US.
The problem for Onada all along has been his inability to control all media and internet information outlets. At this point, IMHO, Onada will be able to stuff the birth certificate genie back in the bottle.
Especially, with decision by a federal judge to hear the case on its merits. I think it’s the suit brought by the US Army officer and others.
I bet, with story’s legs getting longer, we’re see a marked decline in Onada’s availability to the press. And those encounters that do occur will be well scripted. Moreover, Onada’s justice department (that’s an oxymoron) will be quietly threatening any media who dares to involve themselves in this story.
IMHO, The Marxist Onada is finally running out of maneuvering room.
Nobody ever claimed it was destroyed in a fire.
And please, if you are going to throw out there that he was born in Kenya, I want proof of that.
I want a BC signed in Kenya proving he was born there
What if that's the only document there is? Does it prove anything?
