Not really. That’s the nightmare of it all. If anything happens to Zero, it will be blamed on angry racist whites and the Secret Service will be denounced as racists for not preventing it from happening.
And we will be blamed for being racists stirring up hatred for Zero. Anyone who ever criticized him will be blamed.
That’s the deviltry in it all—he gets to race-bait and when HIS race-baiting yields violence the race he baited gets the blame and he skates.
The white-guilt fools that voted for this 7th-grade geek have a lot to answer for but they won’t be held accountable this side of the Last Judgment.
I doubt that Gates is on any of the tapes. There is no reason he would be on a 911 tape, and it is hard to imagine that he is on any other tape (assuming any other tape exists, which seems unlikely).

You haven’t heard. When Gates began acting up—at the start, Crowley turned his microphone on. It’s all on tape. The Cambridge PD is said to be mulling over whether to release these tapes.
I imagine they risk being accused of some kind of defamation or some other injury to Gates if they release the tapes or it might jeopardize future legal action, so I can see why they hesitate. But if the tapes actually record Gates’s venom to any significant degree, then I think they have to release to back up the accuracy of the .pdf police report that we’ve all seen.
Releasing these tapes would make it harder for the race pimps to circle the wagons around Gates, though they won’t give up—they’ll spin whatever is on the tapes. I think their line will be, okay, okay, Gates was a jerk that night, but a white guy would never have been ARRESTED or put in handcuffs. That’s their Maginot Line of defense.

The way Gibbs responded is almost accusatory. What is he suggesting? That the police are just picking on the poor victim, Obama? That the police are racist? What?
Party before country. That should be the Obama motto.
Translation: Since Police didn’t support Obama’s election, it is perfectly okay for Obama to insult them.
In short...this, like everything else, is about politics, NOT right and wrong. And if a group didn’t support Hussein, they are enemies and must be ignored. This classless thug is a disgrace.
The Cambridge PD is probably also under intense pressure from Harvard U. not to release these tapes. In a college town that pressure matters.
But I hope they release them.
Ha, ha, I feel your pain. I’ve had bifocals for a few years now, and I still have to take my glasses off to read a magazine. It just isn’t as good as young eyes.
