This might be many kinds of crisis, but a constitutional crisis it is not. The Vice President succeeds to the office and the constitution goes on just fine.

The author brings up a good point, though. If the winning party ‘won’ by fraud - then Mr. Biden is part to that fraud. How can Mr. Biden be legitmate, when his running mate, the man who chose him, committed fraud.

If I commit fraud, and through my act of illegal actions give you a job, car or cash - you do not get to keep the ill-gotten gains.

Therefore, I would think, that because the Democratic ticket was fraudlent, McCain and Palin would assume the presidency as they had the next greatest amount of votes.

Pathetic that so many ‘officials’ neglected their Constitutional duty to verify Obama’s citizenship before the election. This is downright treasonous.

Why? Biden was elected just as fraudulently as Obama. Seems to me, McCain was the only legitimate candidate.

Nope. Every piece of law that the usurper signs into effect becomes null and void.

“The Vice President succeeds to the office...”

I'm pretty sure the 25th amendment wouldn't apply, and if congress doesn't acknowledge that; there will be court challenges, and the SCOTUS will probably order new elections.
