The author brings up a good point, though. If the winning party ‘won’ by fraud - then Mr. Biden is part to that fraud. How can Mr. Biden be legitmate, when his running mate, the man who chose him, committed fraud.
If I commit fraud, and through my act of illegal actions give you a job, car or cash - you do not get to keep the ill-gotten gains.
Therefore, I would think, that because the Democratic ticket was fraudlent, McCain and Palin would assume the presidency as they had the next greatest amount of votes.
Pathetic that so many ‘officials’ neglected their Constitutional duty to verify Obama’s citizenship before the election. This is downright treasonous.

It could take the remainder of the presidential term to sort it all out.
The stranger part is the fact that McCain had to prove to the Senate his place of birth and that he had a right to run while they required nothing of ZERO.

In order for a communist usurper to be the President of the United States, it would require a conspiracy ergo Biden would be viewed as a conspirator and all others involved including and probably foremost ACORN.
