It was not a certificate of live birth it was a certification of live birth.
Certifications were given to those born outside the state.
Certificats were given to those with documented births inside the state.
The very fact that he put a certification on the web is proof enough by itself that he was not born in Hawaii.

There is no such thing as "votes for Obama/Biden". There were votes for Obama as President. There were votes for Biden as Vice President. End of discussion, even if the idiotic Birther conspiracy theory had any validity to begin with.
true but Biden first act would be to officially sign them in. not like they are going away.
Would they not have to go through the legislative process again as the time for a legitimate signature was passed, causing a pocket veto of each thing Obama signed?
Forget the birth certificate... Go after the Social Security Number issue!!!!!! Dr Taitz’ PI found evidence O has used up to 39 different social security numbers, the one most frequently used being “borrowed” from some guy in CT who would now be 119 years old. HELLLLLLOOOOO thats identity theft and social security numbers leave lots of paper trails that would be much more difficult to clean up than a BC.

The only alternative which would allow for McCain/Palin to take the Presidency would be for SCOTUS to rule that 1) the electoral college results are not valid and 2) a re-vote of the college is necessary and 3) the electors are not allowed to vote for Obama / Biden and 4) McCain / Palin elector’s hold together in their votes and finally 5) the dem electors split their vote between potential candidates and a few cross over.
In short, only the slimiest remotest wildest possibility could result in McCain/Palin based upon the prior election.
More likely that SCOTUS would invalidate the election results of all states and force a re-election but I think that is even a remote possibility.
Originally, didn’t the Constitution mandate that the second-highest vote getter become Vice President? What was the reason for changing that system - anyone know?
If I didn’t think Mark Levin would dismiss the question from the caller, it would be great if a Freeper could pose the question on his show - Mark’s quite the Constitutional expert and if anyone would know the most likely scenario, he would. But I don’t think he really wants to open the issue up for discussion, although he’s made snide reference from time to time, in passing.

Biden's election as Vice-President of the United States was then certified by that session, and signed by Cheney.
His election as Vice President has NOTHING TO DO WITH OBAMA, and if Obama is no longer President, Biden will assume the office.
not sure...but we do KNOW that that “Certification of Live Birth” is BOGUS...last I checked, we didn't have Microsoft software in 1961 which is what was used to produce that “document.” LOL

Nope. A natural born citizen is born to at least one citizen parent — in Washington DC, in Hawaii, in Panama, in Kenya, or on the Moon.
Don’t “think” so...the case here in CA has to do with Hussein’s eligibility to be POTUS.
