The President and Veep are elected officially by the Electoral College. I believe I read somewhere that Electors cast separate votes for each office.....therefore if the Usurper were to be thrown out of office, Joe Biden would be legally declared POTUS.
Perhaps someone has a source for the truth of this declaration.
