Forget the birth certificate... Go after the Social Security Number issue!!!!!! Dr Taitz’ PI found evidence O has used up to 39 different social security numbers, the one most frequently used being “borrowed” from some guy in CT who would now be 119 years old. HELLLLLLOOOOO thats identity theft and social security numbers leave lots of paper trails that would be much more difficult to clean up than a BC.
Whenever it happens, the Senate at that moment will be “deer in the headlights”. One thing they will understand (I hope); they will have to make the necessary Constitutional decisions.

Excellent! Ask your “experts” what person/persons (name & title please) was responsible for verifying that Sen. Obama was eligible for the office of president and what proof was presented to them.

Nope, it wouldn't work that way. IF 0 can be removed, and IF the majority of congress can be convinced the 25th amendment doesn't apply; then only new elections will solve the crisis.
The results for that are anybody’s guess; mine is Hilliary, if the American people are still intoxicated by the KoolAid; and Sarah, if they've had enough!
I'm pretty sure the 25th amendment wouldn't apply, and if congress doesn't acknowledge that; there will be court challenges, and the SCOTUS will probably order new elections.

I wonder if Pres. Bush would be recalled until a special election could be held. Since the election itself was lopsided by the dems not having an eligible candidate, then a special election in November would have to be held. Maybe the democrat candidate who got the next highest votes would be run. (hillary?)

I wonder about this. One soldier is not going to be enough. They kill this soldier's orders and the matter will die. It is only if other soldiers begin to refuse deployment based on the same argument that this is going to have the desired effect and snowball.
When it first happened, I though 'cover-up'. They're trying to keep the soldier quiet. But then... The Army is a little bit smarter than that. They know if one Joe gets away with something then all the other Joes will want to get away with it as well (think back to the Vietnam era- what would it have been like if kids had found a legal loophole to get out of deployment without having to flee to Canada). They must have known the domino effect this would surely create. They must have.
And surely the White House would have known this as well. So, I can't see the order to cancel the deployment order coming from there. Which brings you back to the military. I wonder if they did this on purpose, knowing what would happen?
I suspect if you could trace exactly where and from whom the rescinding order came from you could figure out a bit of this puzzle.
yep...there is something definitely not Kosher about this guy alright...however if the judge in Santa Ana rules that Hussein has to provide a BC , then “all bets are off” and HI will have to produce a BC.
