I see a clash will happen between those on the left and a mostly conservative nation.
“Statists dont understand anything except brute force. At some point, youll start seeing lots of dead government workers.”
This is exactly what I expected. One day two little old fascist ladies in white smocks will show up at your house and say, “Dearie, it’s time to get your government flu shot. Be a nice boy and roll up your sleeve.”
What you do? Rack a round and start blasting?
Yes.
You are under the false impression that the children you begat are yours. No, those children are the governments.
No big deal, right? They've got "evidence"! So when they send a few ACORN losers into your home don't get mad if a few valuables disappear while your kid is getting the wrong shot.
Such public health actions would be acceptable IF there wasn’t all the other stuff the governments have been doing.
How do we know that the public health workers who come in to do vaccinations are not then also going to snitch on other violations to the local building department (remodeled attic), health department (chickens in a back yard coop), DEA (marijuana plant), BATF (AK-47 over the fireplace), PETA (dog bowl with frozen water).
I don't like this federal foray into private medical decisions, either.
At the same time, I don't see where you are compelled to vaccinate under this proposal. Most states allow people to exempt their own children from vaccination. I have yet to see anything that would negate state laws.
For the record, I'm not anti-vaccine. I do think most everyone should be vaccinated, but don't think anyone should be compelled to vaccinate.
I can believe it. I am still trying to wrap my head around Obama naming czars.
Vaccines are not mandatory. Most (maybe all?) states have exemptions that allow you not to vaccinate. Unless state laws are revoked, this changes nothing in that regard.

Also, unless you know something that I don't, we aren't required to invite anyone into our homes.

The choice rightly reflects the balance of risks v. benefits.
Don’t you just love how the feds use money to outflank the Constitution?
“What, we can’t force people to get innoculated? Well, let’s just get the states to do it. Here’s a million dollars, Montana. Have fun.”
“...Also, unless you know something that I don’t, we aren’t required to invite anyone into our homes.”
Ummm, I think you’re thinking of the old America.
We are so over that old fashioned “negative rights” document you once called the Constitution. Get with the times comrade. It’s for your own good.
What is PACT? What is this you speak of?
I don’t have anything against it either. My kids are vaccinated. Actually, I’m probably behind on the older two but not by much. My dad had polio as a child and one of his legs is pretty mangled. He’s lucky he can walk! I don’t want my kids at risk for something like that. I have friends that don’t vaccinate and I’m just wondering how far they’d go?
“Government enforced weight limits.”
One assumes the fat, petty healthcare bureaucrats (like ones I see every day, who don’t give a rip about common courtesy because their job is secure) will also have to adhere to this weight limit? I bet not.
The gullibility factor around here surges from time to time. lol
The incidence of side effects has actually gone UP since the mercury was removed.
NOT ADVOCATING MERCURY, just a fact.
What was the inoculation?
One wonders how they are being stored. Then again, since the visibility of side effects has gained traction, reporting may have both improved and broadened. Dunno.
And inside my house, there will be a crazy tattooed wildman with a double barreled shotgun pointed under their nose telling them to get lost.
