Not so fast there. If you are, as we strongly suspect, not constitutionally qualified to be the President and CiC, you aren't qualified to rescind an order either.
If Maj Cook and Dr Taitz fall into your trap and drop the suit they have tacitly agreed that you have the authority to issue a lawful order.
BUT If Maj Cook and Dr Taitz continue the suite based on your original illegal order and assert that you do not have the legal authorty to overturn the illegal order to send his unit to Afghanistan what happens?
All those people who accused Maj Cook of being a combat-avoiding-coward lose any credibility that they may have had by insisting that putting his career and future life on the line was only to slither out of a combat assignment.
Now he'd be suing to be lawfully sent TO combat. What could you do? Issue another illegal order to rescind the illegal rescinding of the first illegal order? Puh-lease.
Sorry, Mr Obama. Your only choice now is to show your legitimate birth certificate and have everything you have signed into law, and every appointment you have made as alleged president instantly rendered null and void, or you can step down and hope they remain in force.

What if every American serviceman/woman were to refuse to be deployed for the same reason, would they rescind all the orders? Sorry, that would not work. I see a flood of other suits in the near future.
No, that isn't true. The President doesn't appoint the VP; he's technically elected by the Electoral College. Biden was validly elected by the electors, so he's legally VP. If Obama were determined to be ineligible or resign, Biden would become President.

What this tells me is that BO has reached again into his bag of tricks, and is frantic in his realization that he's hit bottom: nothing left in there a couple of mothballs and some lint.
Congress agreed that he was when Senator Obama initiated a bill to make him ‘natural born’ ~~~~ at least HE had two Natural Born Parents.
You know what would be hilariously funny. If it turned out that Miss Ann had 0bama in Kenya and Frank Marshall Davis was his sperm donor. And if she’d had him in the good old USofA, he’d have been “legal.”

McCain is too a naturalized citizen. This has already been litigated. He was born of two American citizens on what amounts to US soil, as it was a military base. That qualifies as a natural born citizen.
He was officially pre-certified to run for President. He had to show the long form and everything.
