With all due respect joined, what does that Chris Parry acronym have to do with your orginal bolded statement:

We need to stick to the very clear, very defensible parts of what Chris Parry has done vs. what we may think he means by this.

You, and Chris, are the only ones who seem to take his cute(sic) little acronym as anything but face value with crude statements about “negros” and the statement “blame Republicans”. Even his so called explanation that he was talking about Katrina damns him as he is saying to take all the suffering caused by Democrats (see the mayor and governor) and blame the Republicans for it. Even if you take his excuse at face value, he, as a member of the media, is admitting into trying to create the storyline.
