Breaking his silence regarding the resignation of Alaskan Governor Sarah Palin, talk titan Rush Limbaugh tells the Radio Equalizer that rumblings about her personal and political future are "all speculation".

Yes that is what the book says the tactics ARE used by those groups, but I also said it says that everyone does it....Read the book and then we can discuss it.
You know what Hoosiermama, not once have you said you were sorry for leaving that impression on the thread. Not once have you said you were sorry for posting something like that to my comments. I didn’t ask you to, but it would have been gracious of you. I didn’t start this. You did.
Now you defend doing it once again, and tell me again to go get the book that tells me not to do what you are doing all over the place.
I do not make bigoted comments, exhibit abuse or misogyny on the forum. End of story!
You are as insensitive a person as I have ever seen here, and yet you are asking others to be more sensitive.
Good grief! Own up to what you did. Make a point of not to do it to others.
I’m willing to be reasonable, but sheesh...
BTW. Always good to find you on the threads.
A belated HAPPY INDEPENDENCE DAY to you and your family.
By 2012, the country may have changed to the point that it would take a COUP for Sarah to become President.
Do you know what I mean?
Thank you very much. I went over to a good friend’s home for a Bar-B-Que and finger foods. Had a great time.
We live about 8 miles as the crow flies from La Crescenta High School. They have a fireworks show each Independence Day.
It was very clear on Saturday evening. I watched the fireworks from our balcony. They were small because of the distance, but they were as sharp as could be.
How was your day?
I think I do. ;-)
The value of experience, and a display of the civility we try to maintain here on FR.
That said, Beckett didn't say anything others haven't said (or worse), it was just who he said it about. It ruffled a lot of feathers.

Resting, peaceful and quiet. Even with the fireworks going off all weekend. Thanks.
Sorry for the double post. It wasn’t my fault.
It was this pinhead computer.
I’ll concede that she didn’t inform Kristol.
Allow me to ask this: If Sarah wanted to ‘reveal’ this to the Media (public), wanted to do it ‘personally’, and picked the time to do it, wouldn’t revealing it to anyone else (especially a member of the MSM), be very counterproductive?
I’m pretty sure Bill Kristol can keep a secret. He’d have no reason to leak and probably would have had a stronger defense for her.
Many of them post here.
But, as you stated, she didn’t even tell her ‘own’ press secretary.
I don't think it gets any better than "crazy like a fox".
His 'reaction' was likely much better than any pre-prepared response he would have made had he known ahead of time.
Yes, that was my point. I was responding to the statement that the decision had been long in the making. It had all the appearances of something decided over the kitchen table the night before.
Whatever. You seem to have the need to go round-and-round.
And I do understand that. All it takes is for 1, 2, 5, 10, 20, 50 posters to say they disagree. There! Whose message rules the day?
It’s not that difficult. Heh heh heh...
Good for you, if by choice...
Oh sure, blame it on the poor little innocent computer, shivering at the very thought of hostile physical retaliation, and endless streams of vile cursing...
;-)
