Andrea Mitchell reporting a number of sources tell her that Palin has notified her staff that she is done with political office for good.
Someone overheard wrong. He has ruled nothing out.
That just doesn't sound right. She's known to be closemouthed about alot of things. They just reported on FOX news that people worked with her just 2 days ago about some future things to do with the government of Alaska. She didn't even give them a clue that she was going to resign.
When she and Todd Palin found out they were having a Down's Sundrome baby, she kept close mouthed about that as well.
I cannot imagine she's out blabbing to her staff that she's done with politics. Even if she was, I don't believe she'd be telling anyone. She seems to hold things close from what I've heard.
If she is done with politics, who could blame her? And I love that she didn't sit there as a lame duck and set her Lt Governor up for success.
I admire her even more now.

Are you kidding? Sarah is a strong woman and has taken more than the panty waste government we now have, they are a disgrace and need to be cleaned out!!! Sarah will expose the vile corruption in this Government...and she will have a lot of people behind her...we are tired of the same ole’ bull...Katie Couric is irrelevant...and sad....she and Gibson watch eachother...thats their audience...all eyes will be on Sarah...and they will beg to have her on...I hope she kicks their butts....Sarah is smart...dont underestimate the power of a Mom,Wife,daughter...and Republican woman with a mission!

Anyone who watched/heard her speech knows that she is not leaving politics.
Mitchell is engaging in wishful thinking.
Palin can now raise money and take the gloves off and go after her critics in a way that a sitting Governor can’t.
Just judging from her statement, it sounds like she is not done with public service. People love her and she confuses the establishment on the left and right, which, IMO, is great because they NEED some shaking up.
I pray she is not going to just fade away, but I after the disgusting attacks on her family, I couldn’t blame her if anonymity is what she’s going for either.
