As someone who regularly represents the right-wing victims of federal oppression, I can testify that the law more and more regards federal officials as utterly unaccountable to ordinary citizens for anything. Down that path does not lie a Free Republic.

What was hysterical was that their initial claim was that just knowing her name was a leak, and Who’s Who had her name prior to the supposed ‘outing’.
Good to hear that they got laughed at.

Last week, in an unsurprising but still disappointing decision, the Supreme Court denied the review of a lawsuit brought by Valerie Plame Wilson and Joseph Wilson, ending the quest for redress of their constitutional rights.

The Santa Fe New Mexican allows its Op-Ed contributors to discuss themselves and their legal problems in the third person?
How completely bizarre.

Scooter Libby is the one who should be crying , not these two butt wipes.
I wish Scooter could sue Colon Powell, for not telling the truth.

“federal officials can use their publicly funded positions to attack political adversaries without consequence.”
No kidding? When have they ever done otherwise? People in the Clinton Administration didn’t attack their critics? Boo hoo.

I had nearly forgotten the two of them existed, and they go and ruin that by writing an article about themselves.
