I believe one must be brave to live in California!

I will take my Sunshine State hurricanes any day to the thought of being caught in an earthquake!

You just need to know what to do in an earthquake and to use common sense. At night, stay in your bed. If in an office buiding or on the street stay way from the window.s In an office building do not use the elevators. Know where the exits are located. If driving, slow down carefully, pull out of traffic as much as possible, and stop. However, do not stop under a bridge, on an overpass, under power lines, or anything else that might fall on top of your car and cause damage. Do not get out of your car.If you are at your home, shut off the gas mains.
