Cardiac arrest (heart stopping) vs. Severe heart attack (major heart muscle damage). From what accounts I read he was not breathing nor had a pulse since he was at his LA home although CPR and ACLS had been employed. With no time for an autopsy to be performed “heart attack cause” is either ignorance by the reporters or people trying to sanitize the casue of death from the start. Time will tell, but will the reporters report. Hopefully they will tell the truth and not ignore the pathetic outcome of the very ill life of MJ.

What little coverage I have watched so far, they showed pictures of him from the 80s. I didn’t see any of the most recent photos depicting him as the monster he became.

The “patient” needs/wants/loves the drugs, therefore needs/wants/loves the supplier doctor, more than the needs/wants/loves the caring family.
The patient’s judgement is altered by the drugs and the addiction effect.
IMO doctors that do this sort of thing should be heavily punished.

I believe so, but I don’t follow these cases very close. I am generally repulsed by the feeding frenzy that accompanies these situations.
It seems like the family could get a judge to order a physical exam for the patient’s own safety.
