It is disposative. Look at the large smear of blood on the street, on her left leg, all along the throat, and the horrifying glimpse of the blob of blood briefly coursing down her face. No motion, no reflex, NO movement of arms or legs (dead weight).

Btw genius, when a person's eyes "glaze over" it's due to dryness from the tear ducts no longer pumping saline to the eyes.
