According to officials, a suspect went into a Victoria's Secret store in the Oviedo Marketplace and stole more than $2,000 worth of bras and panties. Oviedo police say it was a black man about 5'11" and 250 pounds. Police say they want to know if the panty raid was part of a bigger crime ring. Under questioning, the suspect was heard to shriek "what crime ring - they're mine, all mine!"
