He didn’t author the post, as in posting it to FR—he was the author of an article discussed here, and was put up by FReeper wannabegeek.

Van Brunn apparently authored a post on some Norwegian forum that someone here linked to as a post here.
So Van Brunn never “authored” a post here, though it’s going to be spun that way.
It was posted because it was perceived as a cool rant about the birth certificate thing - it didn’t have any of Van Brunn’s White Supremacist or anti-Semitic ideology.
Van Brunn’s name was attached to the Norwegian post - I’m sure searching it at the time would have turned up his nutball websites. No conceivable way the Mods would have or should have been expected to do so - but the poster, in an ideal world, would have searched this guy’s name.
Apparently the FR thread in question is back up. I briefly went through it and it appears most of the posts are exchanges from a very small handful of members. I don’t see any evidence that this perp posted anything, but I suppose there is no way to know for sure.
The reason you can’t find any evidence is because it was removed from this website . . .

I don't believe he did. The thread that was pulled and has been restored was discussing a post he made on an obscure Norwegian forum. There was nothing objectionable about that particular article.
If he had attempted to join FR and post the sort of garbage he has on his website, I don't think he'd last long.
