If you see an old man wearing a WW2 veteran cap, thank them for their service. You won’t have the opportunity much longer.

That sentence brought tears to my eyes. My WWII veteran Dad, 86, just lost his last remaining sibling (my Aunt Mary) last week and I'm so grateful for each day that he's still with us. He, like others, doesn't like to talk about the war - he was in the Navy stationed at Pearl Harbor.

Now Gordon Brown is speaking. He almost has an American accent. How has that happened? Watching too much American tv and movies? Or another example of our incredibly shrinking world?

Any bets that Obama can’t choke out the words, “greatest generation” when referring to the brave men who landed on Omaha beach? Obama firmly believes he represents the greatest generation, the New World Order. I won’t be surprised if/when Obama and his minions push for a new U.S. national anthem.

This is what breaks my heart. As long as the world continues to deny that Radical Islam has one goal-the blood shed on the beaches of Normandy was in vain.
