Tucked away in President Obama's historic speech in Cairo Thursday was a promise to American Muslims to ease the impact of post-9/11 scrutiny of their charities.

"Rules on charitable giving have made it harder for Muslims to fulfill their religious obligation. That's why I'm committed to working with American Muslims to ensure that they can fulfill zakat," said Obama, referring to the Muslim obligation to be charitable

As I recall, during "His" campaign, "He" promised to curtail Charitable Donations. The Demzis believe that the populace should be dependent upon the National Socialist Democrat Party instead of Churches.

I take his recent Cairo statement to mean, he will allow terrorists to benefit from MUSKRAT charitable donations. During the Clinton era, IRS and other organizations were precluded from examining organizations with any religious "symbol", real or alleged. Thus, along with Tax Shelters benefiting the rich (Demzis), they could scam the government with many of the charities. “Donate your boat”, etc. you remember. Legitimate charities? We will never know.
