Calm Down.
If you check, these deals were both to the same entity and separated by only 4 weeks Dec. 11 to Jan. 06. Moreover,if you Google Farmers' electric, they name the same guy make both deals. This seems like just another Clintonian level of spin by the one and only Dr. Randell Mills.
As one who is very interested in Mills work, for almost a decade I have been very closely tracking his "progress" and continually hoping he comes up with something that is real. But so far, its all hype, no substance, and much to much secrecy.
With that said, I must say the tests at Rowan University seem almost worth studying. The most mysterious thing about BlackLight Power is the level and duration of funding it must have had so far. Obviously something is up but what it is has yet to be proven. But I am still hoping this myth becomes a reality.
P.S. Professionally speaking, I have wasted many many hours reviewing his never ending publications seeking to validate even the most basic of his great theories (e.g. fractional orbitals). Despite several attempts and the strong wish for them to be true, I have never come close to finding them convincing. And neither can several physicists I highly respect including a Nobel laureate. To date he has failed miserably in convincing any reputable yet open minded physicist (please don't cry about bigotry). It seems the only way he is going to convince the "professionals" is to actually make something that works and let them check it out. I am sorry but Randell has needlessly burnt an aweful lot of bridges to potential friends.

If this group is serious they'll lay it all out. Not a diagram that shows a mysterious undefined "hydrio(n?)" output that also misses the resistive heating energy input?
These are techniques used by snake-oil salesmen. What I see on the page you posted is their successful marketing/sales campaign. That they've sold to some groups speaks to their sales ability, not to their product.
For all I know it's real. But it follows the pattern of snake-oil. A wise marketeer with a real product would understand this in a flash (if only after receiving my comment *\;-) and revise accordingly.
Your Mileage May Vary.
Dubious to the point I'm walking away. No sale.

Why didn’t you address the post to someone? Why ask Rhetorical Questions? Does that mean you don’t want answers?
My answers:
Reuters, AP and the NYT?
***I dunno. I suppose Intrade has a history of who they consider to be independent media sources.
What is the definition of “reliable”?
***Good question. We have 6 months to answer it.
Thet they’re “independent” and often snookered (when they aren’t being fundamentally dishonest)?
***Looks like you’re projecting here, having posted a question to nobody, then started in with your own loaded definition. Would you consider CBS to be “independent” or “reliable” when they came out with their “Cold Fusion is Hot Again” report? How about for other issues? Is CBS reliable for some issues and not for others? Does it make sense that Intrade would have their own criteria for determining independence and reliability? Or should they be following your criteria?
