The federal government mistakenly made public a 266-page report, its pages marked highly confidential, that gives detailed information about hundreds of the nations civilian nuclear sites and programs, including maps showing the precise locations of stockpiles of fuel for nuclear weapons.

"The information, considered confidential but not classified, was assembled for transmission later this year to the International Atomic Energy Agency as part of a process by which the United States is opening itself up to stricter inspections in hopes that foreign countries, especially Iran and others believed to be clandestinely developing nuclear arms, will do likewise."
This is OUTRAGEOUS!
An Obama Nation.
These screw-ups happen, said John M. Deutch, a former director of central intelligence and deputy secretary of defense” who was pardoned by Clinton for security violations on his last day in office.
A coincidence I suppose.

“Soon after Deutch’s departure from the CIA in 1996 it was revealed that classified materials were being kept on several of Deutch’s laptop computers designated as unclassified. In January 1997, the CIA began a formal security investigation of the matter. Senior management at CIA declined to fully pursue the security breach. Over two years after his departure, the matter was referred to the Department of Justice, where Attorney General Janet Reno declined prosecution. She did, however, recommend an investigation to determine whether Deutch should retain his security clearance.[4] President Clinton pardoned Deutch on his last day in office.[5]”
There are no accidents.
oops
Ping.
See post #10.
Shh! Don’t give him the idea!
What is additionally interesting is the indirect admission that the US is aiming toward complying with the UN’s International Atomic Energy Agency’s inspection requirements, called “additonal protocol”: “The rules give the [IAEE] powerful new rights to poke its nose beyond known nuclear sites into factories, storage areas, laboratories and anywhere else that a nation might be preparing to flex its nuclear muscle. The United States signed the agreement in 1998 but only recently moved forward with carrying it out.”
Wonder how recently? January 21, 2009???
In other news, terrorists are tickled pink with shades varying from rose to mauve.
His birth certificate has more security than our nuclear programs.
BTW, what is the classification highly confidential?
Funny how there were nuke leaks on Clinton’s watch, none on W’s and they start again with Obamachev.
A guy with a conspiratorial mind might make something of it.
And how many MORE people are now aware that this report exists and has been released because the NYT has told our enemies, “Hey Terrorists! Look what’s out there and available for you!”
Idiots.
