At the most optimistic, this could mean Obama’s desire to muster the power of “moderate muslims” (though hopefully he has learned not to actually USE that term any more) against the likes of the Taliban. Pakistan’s situation may be a case in point. It actually sounds like something George W. Bush might say.
Our President is, at best, a muslim sympathizer and, at worst, a closet muslim!
You know, I am sick of this man who is trying to pass himself off as an American and spends his time kissing the backsides of our enemies.
Did anyone else notice that when he received the presidents of Pakistan and Afganistan in the White House they committed a major breech of protocol and respect to Old Glory? For the first time in my life I saw our flag reduced from its place of honor - to the right of the President as he faces us - and put on his left while the two Muslim flags were place on his right? This is horrible! Worse than his bowing to and kissing the hand of the Saudi king. Who was it that said, “We shall destroy you from within?” Oh,yeah - that was a Russian. QBL is going to use our justice system to destroy us.
Looks like all of them have their feet in the door.
