In light of the leftwing whackjobs' anger with Speaker Pelosi, shortly before 5pm today, I phoned the Speaker's district office in San Francisco.
Identifying myself as writing a story for the website "freerepublic," I asked, "In light of some of some of the calls for resignation on various blogs and websites over the Speaker's knowledge about waterboarding, can the Speaker confirm or deny any intent to resign her position?"
The female hack who answered the phone wasn't particular appreciative of the question and directed me to speaker.gov. "No direct comments?" No -- go to speaker.gov.........click.
For your amusement, and this one almost wrote itself, the saga is memorialized in song.
If hundreds of you want to call her office to ask about resignation, I'm sure her personnel would appreciate such inquiries. CONTACT INFO AT THE BOTTOM OF THIS PAGE
I just called and said since she has lied and she is making policy for the American people and that she is a liar, she should quit.
Since Nancy NEVER takes messages at her DC office, I called Steny’s office instead and bitched at him. I also called my congressman, snively Harry Mitchell, and left him a choice message about the lying POS who heads their party in Congress. I always leave messages because I know their aides are rude and snobby to us peons. I don’t know if they ever play them but it sure makes me feel better.
