I think the real truth is that so called Palin supporters and really still pissed that Fred lost. Palin is just a way to stick it to Romney for Fred’s loss. Fred’s supporters just get meaner and meaner. Prove it by calling me a name. Your people always call names. And another thing, face it, Fred just helped his friend McCain. This really isn’t about Palin it is about the hate that Fred supporters have and they can’t face it that Fred was a creep to help out McCain the way he did.

That the LDS STILL believe and teach.

So what? Catholics believe Baptists are wrong. Methodists believe Unitarians are wrong. Quakers think Catholics are wrong. Atheists believe they're all wrong. Nobody has ever suggested that any of these should be subjected to a "religious test" to hold public office. Al Smith, a good Roman Catholic, first went through that crap in 1928. So did JFK in 1960. Why do we need to bring it back for Mormons in 2008?

Because they are still a small and unpopular enough minority that we can get away with it?

Because they are bad for business by not using a paid ministry thereby undercutting the price of those sects who do?

Because, like the Catholics, they believe in good works and not faith alone and God grades on a curve?

If this is true, it doesn’t sound unwise on his part.

If true it may not be unwise but it certainly is the act of a deceptive opportunist. Again, if true, Romney is attempting to Hillary the G.O.P.

You missed it by a country mile, which isn’t surprising.

It might not apply to you, but I think it applies to a couple of others.

I spend time on these threads too and the whole idea is silly, what is it that you Romney guys have about Palin that she seems to figure into every thought that you have.

One of you here can't make a post without having to say Palin every time he mentions Romney, and you put her into some connection with Fred Thompson.

Supporting Fred a year and a half ago has nothing to do with supporting the Governor of Alaska for the future.

Read your post again, does it really sound rational? You are stuck in some distant past and confusing and mixing it with the present times.

....... Fred’s loss......

Fred did not lose.....he never actually was in. He merely screwed around to sucker many out of contributions.

Romney’s hobbies are lying, dog abuse, citizen abuse,
and usurping old Constitutions. He is a POS.

I don’t understand why people are so hard on Romney yet it is perfectly ok for Palin to spout her feminism and give Hillary Clinton her praises. If push comes to shove, of course I would vote for Palin if she got the nomination. I am just voicing my opinion until that time. I could probably even learn to like Palin if she got the nomination. I just think that people are being really mean to Romney and those who liked him yet they cut Palin so much slack. It’s not fair.
