Supreme Court Justice Souter To Retire

NPR has learned that Supreme Court Justice David Souter is planning to retire at the end of the court's current term.

I believe Gates loves power just like anyone in Washington, or he wouldn't have accepted the invitation to take up te position of Sec of Defence in the first place.
Meanwhile, merely retaining Gates as Sec of Defence has not stopped Obunga from appointing the most hard line left wing cabinet in the entire history of this country.
I see no reason why Obunga wouldn't follow up on appointing extreme left wingers to health and the DHS, by appointing yet another extreme left winger to the Supreme Court. Obunga is the most left wing president this country has ever ..by far. No one is even close,

She also happens to be the most pro-abortion Sec of Health ever. Why, the woman positively actually loves abortion. Unbridled lust for abortion, is not my idea of “health” for any woman.
