It would be interesting to know the breakdown on the people who have come down with the swine flu in the U.S. I would think it was across the board with regard to heredity.

WHO says the phase 4 alert means sustained human to human transmission causing outbreaks in at least one country. It signals a significant increase in the risk of a global epidemic, but doesn’t mean a pandemic is inevitable.

State officials are trying to confirm what may be the eighth case of swine flu in California, Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger said today at an impromptu news conference in Beverly Hills.
The latest possible infection involves a seventh-grader in Sacramento. It follows four confirmed cases in San Diego County and three in Imperial County.
