How can laws which forbid discrimination be discriminatory?
Whew.
What a relief.
Based on the headline, I thought maybe ol’ Jerry was going conservative.
Good to know he’s still a flaming lib.
\sarc
In other words, he believes laws that prohibit discrimination are unconstitutional. The belief speaks for itself.
It’s coming back to me now from my “Civics” and “Social Studies” classes:
“Congress shall pass no law infringing the right of Some to be More Equal than Others.”
That’s in the Bill of Rights, right?
HEY MOONFLOWER, YA THINK???????????????? IDIOT
Isn’t he running for governor? Which would explain this idiocy—other than he believes it, of course.
What a dysfunctional. congenitally illiterate LOSER!
Attorney General Jerry Brown says portions of a state law that bans preferential treatment of minorities and women in vying for public contracts, college admissions and government jobs violate the U.S. constitution. It came as a shock that he'd actually read and understood the US Constitution.
What Brown understands, if anything, is the perverted, leftist, PC "living and breathing" Constitution.
Anyone who reads the real Constitution in its plain language knows that the California law is entirely consistent with the "equal protection" clause of the Fourteenth Amendment.
Because they don't protect any other ethnic groups from discrimination, especially against whites.
