Her angelic face always looked like home to me. My whole life, as soon as I'd see my mother's face I'd know I was safe, whether I was a little girl lost in a department store or a big girl with a problem, who needed her mother.
Thanks to the doctors at Memorial Sloan-Kettering and mother's fighting Kentucky spirit, we got to see that face much longer than anyone ever expected.

Prayers for Ann and thanks for sharing the story of this handsome woman.
Been there with the holding of the hands of Mom as she leaves this world.

God bless you Nell, for your contributions and for raising such an important and influential daughter.
My condolences, Ann. I know the pain, no matter how ‘prepared’ you think you are, you are never prepared.
Hope your mom rests in peace knowing she raised an amazing woman.
A perfect eulogy.
I feel as if I know her after reading that. May she rest in peace with God.
I hope to one day honor my parents as Ann has hers.
Beautiful.
She was a direct descendant of at least a dozen patriots who served the cause of the American Revolution and traced her lineage on both sides of her family to Puritan nonconformists who came to America in 1633 seeking religious freedom on a ship led by Pastor Thomas Hooker. Or, as Homeland Security chief Janet Napolitano would call them, "A dangerous right-wing extremist hate group."
That is hilarious!
The bell tolls for us all.......
RIP and prayers for Ann and her brothers.
May her parents’ great love story continue on now, and forever more.
Ann Coulter herself is an important good fruit brought forth by her great parents and Ann's success undoubtedly brought them great joy while still here on Earth.
God bless
What a fantastic women and Mother. I am so sorry to hear of Ann’s as well as her brothers’ loss of their beloved Mother. What a beautiful remembrance of her. Her Mother I am sure would be proud. Although from what Ann wrote of her mother she was proud anyway. :-). My condolences to them all and may God continue to bless the Coulter family.
Ann, what can we say?
Only our faith in the true fact of the resurrection of our Savior gives us the hope that passes all understanding. He lives, so then does your Mom and Dad.
Your mother left you a precious legacy. You are a reflection of her, so she must have been a wonderful woman.
Your sadness is shared by us. We who know something of this grief open our hearts to you.
Your Mom and Dad have completed their work here, and they have been promoted to the home promised them by Jesus. He will watch over them until you see them again.
They are more alive now than they ever have experienced.
For now, there is a time to grieve. Your Mom and Dad left you little to regret and much to remember, fondly.
That, in itself , is a great gift.
Now, you go and do likewise. Your friends here will pray for you.
So sorry Ann! No matter how old we are, we still need our Mom’s. Condolences to you and your family - she sounds like a real gem.
Your article was very touching. There is a saying the Jewish people have that I did not know previously ...
It is ... “May their memory be for a blessing” it is evident, indeed, that when you think of your Mother ... you will be blessed by it.
“May her memory be for a blessing.”
I think I now admire Ann’s mother more than I admire Ann.
Prayers of support for the loved ones dealing with this loss.
My thoughts and prayers go out to you and your family, Ann.
