While many members of the mainstream media have been negligent in covering what has become a nationwide, grassroots movement, activists across the country have taken it upon themselves to make sure the word is getting out.
This afternoon, while looking at the GoogleMap we have been updating, I noticed that it has already generated over 500,000 views, and we now have listed well over 450 upcoming events.
Jim Quinn is going to be the MC at the Pittsburgh party on April 15th.
Hopefully, he will be strapped, as is his usual dress, I’ve heard.
12 o’clock
Market Square
I’m the ugly old guy with a hearing impairment, red Polo shirt, who needs a haircut. See you there. Introduce yourself.
I noticed yesterday that the Tea Party for West Palm Beach isn’t on there. We’re having one Wednesday April 15th at 5pm at the Main Courthouse located at 205 N. Dixie Hwy in downtown West Palm Beach. How do we get that updated?
I’m thinking that one way to get the media’s attention is to take the protest to them. A few hundred angry citizens outside the studio or office might make some of these hacks nervous. And they need to know that even with their complicity, our message will not go unheard.
under the picture there is a link to the google page
that image is not all the events just the first page
this is what they have listed for palm beach
April 15th at 5pm at the Palm Beach County Building located at 301 North Olive in downtown West Palm Beach.
What’s the difference between the blue and red markers on the map? Thanks!
red ones are on tax day april 15th
blue are different days
Thank you - I’m lazy, what can I say? :-)
I’m really amazed to see all of those red flags, and that’s not even every event?!? WOW!!!!
There are actually a lot more smaller ones too.
This is only the start because as more of Obama’s taxes hit home and bloated state governments try to raise taxes more people will say enough.
trying to find info on Joplin, MO tea party. . .
Charlotte Tea Party missing...
In St. Louis, we will be under the Arch. Everyone knows where it is.
Staten Island TEA party is missing. Noon at New Dorp Lane and Edison Street f/o McMahon office.
Great work! Please add
Tomball, TX - Main Post Office, 3:30, April 15th
Woodlands, TX - Rob Fleming Park, 5:00, April 15th
Conroe, TX - County Courthouse, 4:00, April 15th
PS on my post: All towns (Tomball, Conroe, Woodlands) are all just north of Houston..
Didn’t see this listed:
Winston Salem Tax Day TEA Party
Wednesday, Apr 15 12:00p to 2:00p Winston-Salem, NC
Winston Square Park (200 block of N. Marshall St. next to the Sawtooth Center - free parking across the street)
Thanks for the link! I wanted to participate but did not want to have to drive all the way to downtown Houston. I found one alot closer to home, thanks to the map.
Nice picture Race!!
