Doesn't look like he's bowing...It looks like he's showing the King something. Look at the other folks around the two of them...They're laughing...You mean they all broke protocol??? Me thinks not!! It's not about bowing!!
Regardless, Obama is just too casual which is disrespectful to the people he represents!!
