A small child looks up skeptically toward the PBS character Noddy,

ROTFL! I'd never heard of Noddy before, but the look on that child's face is just priceless!!

Noddy is a very old British character written by probably the most milighed children's author Enid Blyton, she wrote hundreds of children's books from Noddy for under 5s to mystery/school novels for kids up to about 11 or 12.
