SAN JOSE ( BAY AREA ) TAX REVOLT TEA PARTY ON APRIL 15th AS PLANNED

The Constitution Party of Santa Clara County is hosting the San Jose (Bay Area) Tax Revolt Tea Party on tax day 2009!

We initially limited the scope of the event to Santa Clara County, but upon further research learned there was only one other county wide tax day tea party (San Mateo ), so we decided to invite all patriots from within the nine bay Area counties to join with us, and speak in one voice of our bewilderment, shock, anger, betrayal, and legalized theft of our tax dollars in front of the FED's local collection agency, the San Jose IRS office!!!

While the Constitution Party is hosting this event, right thinking Americans of all political persuasions have stepped forward to join with us!!!

We will walk arm in arm under one banner - the American flag - on the 15th of April!!!

WHERE : Downtown San Jose at the IRS offices, 55 S. Market Street - within a block of Saint Joseph’s Cathedral ( we will occupy the walkways on both sides of Market Street between Santa Clara Street and San Fernando Street )

WHEN : Twelve Noon - April 15th!!! ( 12:oo pm to 6:00 pm )

BRING : Signs; Flags; Horns; Handouts; Ballons; Drums; YOUR AMERICAN SPIRIT!!!

Rules for the Tax Revolt Tea Party:

* No violence, no threats, no profanity, no racism, no law-breaking;
* Law enforcement officers must be treated with respect;
* Stay out of the street at all times, except when using a crosswalk with the traffic light;
* Do not block the sidewalk to pedestrian traffic, AND Keep your signs from hanging over into the street
* Do not block the signs of, nor get within 10 feet of, our opponents. Do not interfere with any media coverage of them. Our First Amendment rights are their rights, too.
* Any arguments should be at 10 feet away to avoid conflict arising from passions on both sides. If you choose to get close to them physically, do so in friendship as fellow Americans only;
* Do not give the middle finger, call people jerks, tell them to get a green card, or get a job;
*Take the high road. Be civil.

Hi All, I received the following messages concerning Tea Party events and wanted to share this information. I don’t sign anything without reading it either!

Copy Of Message I Received:
“Heads up everyone! If you attend any function like these please be aware Obama has people with petitions at these events trying to get signatures and information on people attending these events. We need to not sign any petitions without know WHO it is asking for them. We need to be careful since, “big brother is watching”.”

Copy Of Someone’s Reply To The Message:
“We went to the Orlando Tea party a couple of Saturdays ago and a gentleman was walking around with a petition for a citizen’s initiative for a constitutional amendment. People were signing it and when he approached me, I told him I didn’t know anything about it and I wanted to read it first. He was very annoyed at me (really nasty) and told me that he couldn’t imagine why everyone wouldn’t want this constitutional amendment (I don’t even remember what it was). I told him that, unlike our elected officials, I didn’t sign anything without reading it. He glared at me and walked away. After reading your e-mail, I’m glad I didn’t sign it.”

The only effective revolt against the federal income tax code needs to recognize it is beyond repair. All the tinkering in the world with income tax brackets, tax rats, EIC is not going to fix a thing. It needs to be replaced.

Fortunately the solution has been before each session of Congress since 1999. It's called The Fair Tax Act(HR25/S296). It will replace all federal income with a national sales/consumption tax and abolish the IRS. No more tax forms to file, no more government agency breathing down our necks and peering into every aspect of of our personal lives and no more of the government taking your hard earned money before receiving a paycheck. You decide when and how often you will be taxed.

By whatever means at your disposal, come prepared to distribute fliers/handouts, which will fairly present your Fair Tax argument to Citizen patriots you'll be meeting along the picketing route.

Thank God we have the right to assemble, and communicate with other concerned taxpayers about the dangers forced upon America by an amoral, glutenous body of men and women who control all three branches of our federal Republic - all of whom are bent upon destroying the Christian tenets from and by which we have led the world in invention, production and prosperity for over 200 years!!!
